Reading is the commercial heart of the Thames Valley tech corridor — the business parks at Green Park and Thames Valley Park, the multinational headquarters, and one of the busiest rail interchanges outside London feeding it all. The wealth is professional and mobile, and it lives just off the motorway in the riverside affluence of Caversham, Sonning and the villages along the Thames toward Henley, where executives base themselves within reach of the junction.
