We are registered in England and Wales, company number 14838764, registered office Newland House, Weaver Road, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN6 3QN. 2. What we collect

• Enquiry information — your name, contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us about your requirements.
• Client information — if you engage us, the information needed to deliver the service safely (for example itineraries, addresses and household details), handled under your contract with us.
• Technical information — anonymous, aggregated usage statistics about this website (see Cookies, below). We do not track individual visitors.
• Correspondence — records of what we discuss, so we serve you consistently.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful bases

• To respond to your enquiry — legitimate interests (running our business and answering the people who contact us).
• To provide services you have engaged us for — performance of a contract.
• To meet legal and regulatory duties, including licensing and insurance obligations — legal obligation.
• To contact business representatives who may benefit from our services — legitimate interests, with a clear opt-out every time. We do not send marketing to personal email addresses without consent.

4. A note on sensitive information

Please avoid including sensitive details (for example health information or specifics of threats) in a first enquiry — a general description is enough for us to arrange a conversation. Where sensitive information is genuinely needed to keep you safe during an engagement, we collect it with your explicit consent and protect it accordingly.

5. Who we share it with

Trusted providers who help us operate (website hosting, email), professional advisers, and insurers where required. Authorities only where the law requires it. We never sell personal information, and we never publish who we protect.

6. International transfers

Where a provider stores data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy decisions or the appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement).

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: deleted within six months. Client records: kept for six years after the engagement ends, in line with legal limitation periods, then securely destroyed.

8. Your rights

You may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to our use of it, and you may withdraw any consent at any time — email enquiries@firstclassexecutivesecurity.co.uk. 9. Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to function, plus privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics that collect aggregate statistics and cannot identify you. Because we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, there is no consent banner to click. If that ever changes, this policy and the site will change with it.
