Carlisle is the border city — the castle, the cathedral, the citadel — a compact market and rail town that serves a very large, very rural hinterland. The wealth is dispersed across the Eden valley, the northern Lakes and the country estates toward the Solway and the Pennines: farmland, sporting estates and second homes, spread thin enough that distance is the defining feature of any detail based here.
So our Carlisle work is overwhelmingly residential and vehicular: protective surveys for the estates and farmhouses where isolation is the whole vulnerability, secure driving across a region of long distances, and close protection with a response time honestly matched to who is already in the county. We plan for the rural reality — help that is genuinely near, not quoted from the motorway.
